1) What is talent?
2) Is it different from experience?
3) Why is talent necessary for corporates?
4) What does managing talent mean?
5) Why is there a need to manage talent?
6) How do you manage talent?
7) What are the methods, means, and initiatives to manage talent?
8) What are the cost factors and savings involved in talent management?

The search for answers to these questions will provide a lot of data for the research subject.
