Really strange request.
Why would you need Jargon? HR is supposed to simplify communication to employees - which in turn leads to better transparency in the organization.
Interestingly - the thesaurus in MS Word gives "Jargon" as an alternative word for "terminology", but not the other way around.
Just my thoughts.
