For example, HR OD interventions will include performance appraisals, performance management systems, forms, etc., competency mapping in specific functionary departments or across departments like engineering, IT, Finance, etc., training needs assessment, process improvement study, etc.

- Team Building intervention
- Small group building intervention
- T-Group intervention
- Broad team building intervention
- 1-4 T system intervention (Likert's intervention)
