Hi everyone, I am appointed in a company as an Organizational Development expert. In OB discussions, Organizational Development interventions are conducted. Similarly, I need to carry out OD interventions in the company. As there is no procedure laid out by my predecessors, I need to start afresh. Please give your inputs on my role and how to improve the same.
