Change for an eagle is forced on it, but change for an organization needs to be foreseen (without being forced by inevitabilities) and planned accordingly. Like someone said, the only way to keep pace with change is to be the change maker. Otherwise, we would always be running after change.
Notwithstanding my comments, that was a nice presentation.
