I have completed BSc and PGDCA. In my MCA course, I have completed all papers, but I didn't submit my final project. Currently, I am working in a courier company in a back-end process. I also have 2 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have good knowledge of computers.
Now, I am planning to do some extra courses that will help in my career. Please suggest some courses that I can pursue while continuing with my job. Do you think an executive MBA from a distance course will help me?

Yes, an MBA is a good option. It will give you an edge in your career and also change your way of thinking. However, at this stage, you need to prioritize completing your MCA course. If you have finished all the papers but have not submitted the final project, why not submit it and complete the MCA first? Currently, you do not have a certificate in MCA. Therefore, you cannot mention this degree on your CV. If you have put effort into studying all the subjects, you should not let those efforts go to waste due to the non-submission of the final project. Please make it a priority.
Regarding the Choice of Stream in MBA
It depends on your interests, likes, or dislikes.
All the best!
