1. You need to have a Trade License and a PAN number associated with it.
2. The consultancy could be of any type - Private Limited, Proprietor, Partnership, etc. Seek assistance from a reputable practicing lawyer for guidance on this matter.
3. Ensure job portal access.
4. General charge per candidate should start from a minimum of 8.33% of CTC or more as per your agreement with the client.
5. You can operate online, but if conducting mass or group recruitment, having an office is necessary.
6. At the end of each year, ensure to file for IT return.
