Hi Isha, you can discuss with the founders or manager about how many leaves should be allotted to everyone per month. You can have a flat leave structure, or you can include Paid Leaves, Sick Leaves, and Casual Leaves. On average, you can have 1.50 or 1.75 paid leaves per month and 4+4 sick and casual leaves. This should be applicable to all employees, including HR, founder members, and other employees. Let me know if you need any more clarification on this.
