As per labor law in India, is it mandatory to provide a drop facility for women employees after 8 PM in the IT sector? My wife has recently moved to Noida after our marriage; her office is in Gurgaon. Her employers are not providing her with a drop facility even though her shift ends at 9 PM. It is highly unsafe for women in such a region. Can we do anything about it?
