Resignation and Termination: Seeking Advice on Experience Letter Issue - CiteHR

Hello everyone, I need help or suggestions. I joined HCL on 30th March 2011. In January 2014, I had to visit my hometown due to my mother's illness. I knew my Team Leader couldn't approve me for the required leave, so I requested to resign. I sent an internal exit request on 10th January 2014 to my TL and the management, informing them that I would serve my notice period once I returned home. I came back on the 22nd and called my HR, who instructed me to report to the office on the 23rd. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it that day and informed her that I would report to the office on the 24th. However, she advised me that I had been terminated and she couldn't do anything about it.

Please help and guide me on what needs to be done as I require my experience letter from the company. I am willing to settle or pay the basic amount if required or serve the notice period.

Thank you.
