Dear all, last night, I received a call from my friend. My friend has been working in the manufacturing industry as a safety supervisor. Sometimes, the management assigns him production tasks like packing, despite his designation as a safety supervisor. Is it the right approach for the management to involve safety personnel in production tasks? I would appreciate your valuable suggestions.
