Hi All, I am in the process of assessing applicants who have applied to a Training and Development (T&D) position through a written exam. The competencies I am evaluating include:
1) Training Needs Analysis
2) Partnership and Collaborations
3) Knowledge of Adult Learning

Scenario-Based Questions for Competency Assessment

I am considering using scenario-based questions to have them demonstrate all three competencies. Do you have any examples I could use or any ideas to share? Feel free to provide a scenario for each competency if that's easier.

Before I submit my views, I would like to know the roles and responsibilities of the T&D professional in your organization. Kindly let me know if they are required to play the role of a trainer. If yes, you need to assess the competencies of a trainer in the respective domain.
