Dear friends,

Please find a PPT which will help managers of all levels to understand management and leadership. This will provide you knowledge about understanding leadership and management and how to apply different styles of leadership in different situations. However, these views are based on my own personal experience and may not match with your views. I am sure my manager friends will find it useful and apply the same to be successful managers.

Dear Amar Bir Singh,

This is another good presentation from your side. In a business situation, a person has to play both roles, that is, he has to be a leader as well as a manager to be effective.

Dear Amar,

Excellent information!!! Nice PPT!!!!

Always I used to say, "We can learn leadership from our home itself. Father is a manager and Mom is a leader. The family is running with the support of both manager and leader." If you need to perform well in a business situation, you have to be a good dad as well as like mom!!! This is the best way to manage and lead the business!

Keep sharing!!!

Thank you!

Thank you, Dear Rifamail. Your Dad and Mom theory of management and leadership is an excellent and simple way to help new managers understand the concepts of leadership and management. I would like to incorporate your Mom and Dad theory into my training modules. We usually refer to it as the Hot and Cold method of management. Thank you, Amar Bir Singh.

Dear Friend,

Thank you for your appreciation. Please find attached a presentation which is not very comprehensive but a simple one on communication skills for beginners. I am not providing a comprehensive one as it may lead to confusion rather than clarity.

Please let me know your thoughts on it.

Regards,
Amar Bir Singh

Excellent presentation. It seems being a manager is a tough job. Well, it's true; if you are unable to manage things, then things will go wrong. A manager has to play the role of a leader as well as a manager. Thanks for sharing this valuable information through the PPT.

Dear Amar Bir Singh,

Thank you for sharing insights that clearly illustrate the difference between a manager and a leader. It is useful in clarifying the misconception that a leader may not possess good managerial skills, whereas a manager has the capability to be both a manager and a leader.

Keep sharing.

Dear Amar,

Greetings for the Day!!!

Thanks for sharing such an effective PowerPoint presentation with us; it will help several people enhance their abilities and capabilities to be successful managers.

Since everyone has the potential within them, they just need to sharpen their skills. I have provided a brief on the same. Have a glance :)

"Managers cuss. Leaders discuss.
Managers stew. Leaders do.
Managers resolve. Leaders involve.
Managers spare. Leaders share.
Managers pare. Leaders dare.
Managers require. Leaders inspire.
Managers preach. Leaders teach.
Managers depress. Leaders impress.
Managers detect. Leaders respect.
Managers haze. Leaders praise.
Managers control. Leaders extol.
Managers remand. Leaders expand.
Managers react. Leaders enact.
Managers yank. Leaders thank.
Managers bray. Leaders pay.
Managers follow rules. Leaders make them.
Managers dread failure. Leaders learn from it.
Managers do things right. Leaders do the right things.
Managers focus on action. Leaders focus on vision.
Managers demand results. Leaders expand opportunities.
Managers think and work inside the box. Leaders can think and work outside the box."
