- Unskilled: 4528
- Semi-skilled: 5162
- Skilled: 5730
If a skilled worker's salary is 7000, what will be his basic salary?

Minimum Wages and Basic Salary
The minimum wages of any state are considered as the basic salary, and no bifurcation is allowed as per the Minimum Wages Act. Normally, contractors or companies split it for PF savings, but legally and as per the Minimum Wages Act, this practice is not allowed.
