Joining Date: 19/11/2007
Last Working Date: 14/11/2012

Last year, in the month of October, I took a one-month paid leave. Now, am I eligible for gratuity? Please let me know!

Firstly, you should check the total number of working days you have completed in your company. According to your details, it does not cover five years of working days, which are necessary for gratuity payment.
