To HR,

I am 'PR' residing in Mumbai, India (Maharashtra State). I would like to bring to your attention my termination from employment.

Probationary Period and Performance

I was on a probationary period in a company where I was a top performer in the organization's administration field. I held the position of admin officer and managed all responsibilities effectively.

I have two months of successful performance reports authorized by the company director. I completed two and a half months in the company. During a discussion with the company director about my salary, considering my performance, I was promised a salary hike after the probationary period of three months. I did not receive any written notice or verbal communication about the termination. Suddenly, one morning, I was terminated, with the reason stated as my attitude not being good.

I accepted the termination because I did not agree with the reason provided.

Request for Opinion on Settlement

I would appreciate your opinion on my full and final settlement salary, e.g., payment equivalent to one month's salary.

Additional Information

1. Despite verbally requesting an Offer Letter and Appointment Letter, I did not receive them. The company kept postponing these documents.

2. I only received a confirmation email on the day I joined the company, with the subject 'Employment Confirmation,' containing no terms or conditions.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

PR
