2. Keep in view the character of the establishment - whether it is manufacturing or stores or a bank or insurance company, etc.

3. Timing of the activity is another key factor. See the social mood of the organization. In some organizations, staff may be in a holiday mood during summer vacations. You may get a lukewarm response on such occasions.
