Attendance Policy with Tardiness

1. **Attendance:** The company has installed a Proximity Card Reader at the entrance of the office. You are provided with an Identity cum Proximity card, which you need to swipe on the machine to record your attendance. You must strictly adhere to the work schedule assigned to you.

2. **Timings:** The general office timings are from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., with a one-hour lunch break from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. The reporting time to the office (8:30 A.M.) includes a grace period of 10 minutes. Employees arriving after the reporting time will incur a loss of pay for that day, with an exception of two such late arrivals per month. The above-mentioned rules will not apply if:

a. The employee is under a flexible work schedule; or

b. The employee has notified their superior in advance of the late arrival for that day.

The above information will guide you regarding late arrivals.

Regards,
Ashok
