It is not as difficult as it looks. The orientation report should basically reveal what you gathered from your orientation. With the intro, you can give a brief on your position and the places you visited. Then you can state a few outstanding observations you made during your orientation regarding the reception of the staff, the work environment, and the business operations of a few of the places you visited. Then you can conclude with your recommendations, if any, or your impression. Easy as pie. Good luck.
