I am leaving the job so how can i take back by pf epf cntribution

Hi, Sumit,

You have two options for doing so:

1. Transfer your PF account from your previous employer to your current (new) employer (Form 13).
OR
2. Withdraw and close your PF account (Form 10c & 19).

Please refer to the attached forms.
