Determining Employee Turnover Ratio
Can anyone confirm for me how to determine if an employee turnover ratio is satisfactory, good, or very serious after calculating it? Please clarify the criteria used to categorize the turnover ratio.
In our organization, we calculate the ratio as follows: Number of employees who left / Total number of employees * 100. Please review the attached file with the calculations and confirm if they are correct or suggest an alternative method.
