Job Title: Store Incharge
Reporting to: City/Area Manager
Detailed Work Profile:
- Maximize the sale of BOSE Home Products at our retail store and the marketplace through optimum customer service and consistent quality exposures and demonstrations.
- Handle day-to-day operations of the store.
- Manage staff at the store, encouraging teamwork and responsibility among the staff members. Keep the store team updated and motivated. Coach and mentor all store colleagues to ensure they reach their greatest potential.
- Drive the effective use of all recognition practices within Bose.
- Encourage quality demonstrations and proper customer engagement.
- Lead by example and set high standards of delivering the Bose Experience.
- Understand, monitor, and communicate market/industry trends and opportunities for ongoing changes to meet consumer needs and demands.
- Participate in regular meetings to plan and assist in the execution of forthcoming activities such as marketing, promotions, and training initiatives.
