Dear Colleagues, I would like to give a small 2-3 hour session on Effective Managerial Skills/Communication to my junior staff members. Can anyone share some training material (presentation form) on Effective Managerial Skills & Communication, please, along with some group tasks related to these topics? I would like to conduct this session as Fun with Learning. Looking forward to it.

Understanding the Importance of Training

I don't quite understand how you can present a training course on something for which you appear to have no knowledge or understanding. Standing in front of a class and reading someone else's PowerPoint with no other background material, etc., is NOT training. You need to develop your own specific training based on the Training Needs Assessment you have done on the people in YOUR organization.

I do agree with John. You must first experience and understand the subject. Conceptualize the training and decide how to deliver it. Later, work on collecting information and material that can be used for the training.
