I have certain views on the related topic.

Impressive Personality

The most important thing is to have an impressive personality. I mean to say one should always look fresh and energetic and be ready to face any situation with a calm mind.

Communication Skills

The second thing is communication skills. One should know how to interact by judging the personality of the person with whom you are interacting.

We believe these skills are supposed to be present in a manager, but still, one should continue to brush up on these skills. One should take active participation in the (MDP) training programs provided by the company.

Leadership Skills

For leadership skills, I think that one needs to have truth in his/her talk. Empathy is the most important ingredient in a leader. Once a leader is able to understand his/her followers, it's easy to gain the trust of the followers. A leader cannot lead alone; there have to be followers, and for this, it could be said that it's a team effort. Hence, one should be a good listener. Interact with your followers to know their views and make them feel as a part of group decision-making.

Improving managerial skills, including leadership, is achieved through acquiring them. I understand that it may sound confusing, yet I stand by my initial statement. Managerial skills are not acquired in a single day; they are developed through practice and exploration.

A great way to refine your skills is by reading success stories of the world's great managers and leaders. Additionally, familiarize yourself with case studies and make it a habit to read business articles regularly.
