PF Account Transfer Issue
My PF account was transferred from "A" company (Vellore PF office) to "B" company (Chennai PF office). I received confirmation from the Vellore PF office that my account has been transferred to company "B". Now, I have shifted to a new company "C".
In this situation, I applied for settlement from company "B" (Chennai). However, the amount transferred by company "A" was not settled.
Separately, I also applied for settlement from company "A" (Vellore PF office), and the form was rejected, stating that "your account was already transferred to company 'B'."
I would like to inquire about the status of the company "A" account. The Chennai PF office reports that they have not yet received the transfer from anywhere. Now, where should the company "A" amount be claimed - Vellore PF office or Chennai PF office?
Navigating this process poses a challenge for the HR position in following up and claiming the amount.

Please send the application under the Right to Information Act 2005. You will definitely receive a reply; otherwise, it will not be possible for you to obtain the correct information from the PF Office. I am attaching some formats for your reference and records.
