Good morning, could anybody help me regarding this situation? I have an employee whose performance is zero. She's not a responsible employee at all, and she's still in the probation period. I need a letter to send to the manager because she still has one more month, and maybe she will improve her performance. Could anybody help me or advise me regarding this case?
Thank you.

If I remember correctly, I have helped you in drafting a letter in the past. You can click here to refer to that letter. Now, every time you cannot go on asking for a ready-made draft for you. I request you to write and upload it on this forum. Senior members like me will correct it.
I am saying this in your interest. If you don't practice, you will never improve. For HR professionals, drafting skills are quite important.
Roughly, your draft should include the following points:
- When did the employee join and at what designation?
- How was the level of performance communicated to her?
- Was she given any training to improve her performance?
- Did other employees also join along with her, and what is the level of their performance?
- Have you given any warnings in the past?
- What could be the consequences of poor performance?
Thanks,
