Hi friends,
My organization is coming up with a new rubber facility as part of a business initiative. We have not been involved in that product line until now. I am facing a challenge with bulk recruitment for the rubber facility. Can I seek the following information from you?
1) In India, geographically where are rubber industries concentrated?
2) If you know any recruitment agencies well-versed in rubber industries, please share them with me.
3) Are there any colleges or institutions in India that offer courses in polymer science or rubber science?
Please help me as Bangalore has limited rubber industries. Recruitment for the rubber plant is a challenge. We welcome people from all parts of the country so that we can contribute to the cultural diversity of the organization.
