Hello Murli, Happy to get your prompt reply. Actually, our company has never given out offer letters; appointments were given verbally. But we want to start giving offer letters to the candidates who will be joining us soon. I am in HR and will be responsible for issuing the letters to the marketing team. The attachment you sent me seems to be for the position of an HR Assistant. Could you kindly assist?
