Issue with NET Examination Results and Application Process
Without releasing the results of the NET examinations held in December 2010, applications for the NET examination in June 2011 are being issued by the UGC. How can an applicant who wrote the December 2010 examination apply for the June 2011 examination without knowing their results?
It's like cheating the public by collecting fees without even informing them of their result status from the previous written examination. There is no mention of refunds for those who pass the December 2010 examination but apply for the June 2011 exam. If the University Grants Commission itself functions like this, how will other deemed universities and self-financing colleges proceed?

Dear Manoj, when were they notified regarding the refund of exam fees for those who passed in December 2010? As of today (03.05.2011 - 10:32 am), there is no such notice on the UGC website (I am unable to post the URL here). If I am mistaken, please inform me.
Additionally, the results of the December 2010 NET examinations are expected to be announced in the second week, as indicated on their website.
Thank you.
