Salary is basically derived from the minimum wages of your state, whether you come under the Factories Act or S.E. Act. Classification will be specified in the act. In addition to the minimum wages, you can include HRA and CCA. You can access the minimum wages information from ap.labour.gov.in if you are in Andhra Pradesh or a similar website for your state.
