Hello all, I have been given the responsibility to organize a workshop on soft skills, and I need to work on the cost factor. Please help me with inputs on how to manage the cost factor for the workshop.

Kindly try to figure out why your company wants to organize a "workshop on SOFT SKILLS." Training objectives will give you an answer to my query.

How are you going to correlate the SOFT SKILLS training to benefit your employees and your organization in terms of PRODUCTIVITY, OUTPUT, and BETTER COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES than before, etc.?

Mr. Dinesh has clearly pointed out, "Is your organization incurring loss (revenue) due to a lack of RELEVANT SKILLS in your employees?"

The amount of money spent on training your employees in SOFT SKILLS is an "INVESTMENT" in an organization. You can measure the PRODUCTIVITY (proportionately) at the EMPLOYEE LEVEL & ORGANIZATION LEVEL, POST TRAINING, which can be correlated with the INVESTMENT.

For your training needs, you can either choose a TRAINER (TRAINING CONSULTANTS) directly or contact ORGANIZATIONS focusing on TRAINING NEEDS. It's not mandatory for your organization to pay a huge price for training your employees in SOFT SKILLS, but getting the right trainer (who understands what to deliver) is crucial.
