Hi all, I have recently received a request from my friend for an HR project for his brother's son. Being an HR manager who receives many obligations like this, I initially didn't give any serious thought to his request. However, my friend called me again and explained the effort he has put in to raise this boy. (His father passed away 4-5 years ago, and my friend is supporting him in his studies). The young man was born, raised, and educated in a small town in Andhra Pradesh and is currently pursuing a 2-year PG course in Visakhapatnam. He wishes to undertake a project out of state to enhance his communication skills. I considered offering him a project in my company in Andhra Pradesh, but when I spoke to him, he was clear that he wanted to go out of state to improve his communication skills and overcome his fear of English. I am reaching out to my HR colleagues in Chennai and Bangalore to see if anyone can provide him with a summer project lasting 2 months, starting from April 20.
