I am preparing for an interview for the HR Executive - Training & Development position. I do not have any experience in Training & Development. Please provide me with guidelines or notes on Training & Development for the interview. Your help is urgently needed.

As I have observed from your reply to Mr. Yoganand that you are working as the consultant in Management & Behavioral Training, I feel that you can guide me very well in moving ahead in my career in the Training and Development field.
Actually, Sir, I am currently pursuing a Training and Development Diploma from ISTD and have successfully cleared the written exams for both semesters. Now, I am in need of a 6-month internship.
I am currently in a Secretarial role and aim to transition into HR, which is the main reason for undertaking the T&D diploma.
In our organization, we do not have a dedicated Learning & Development division where I can fulfill my internship requirements. If I seek an internship in another company, I will have to leave my current job, which is not feasible for me at the moment.
Could you please suggest a solution for my situation?
