Dear all,
Kindly let me know the various documents to be collected from employees for their TDS calculation, e.g.:
- Loan certificate
- Investment proof
My company did not have any salary breakup as there was no HR department until now. This salary breakup will be applicable from April onwards with the incremented salary. However, some of my employees are asking if they can claim HRA exemption now. Can we do this if no salary breakup has been given to employees in their appointment letter?
Kindly advise.
