Hi Sunil, you can't do it yourself; you need your previous employer's authorized signature to claim it. If it's not possible to obtain it, it's better for you to do a transfer, and that will be taken care of by your current employer.
Thank you.

It is mandatory for the employer to provide you with duly signed PF withdrawal forms for processing. Obtain a copy of form 5, form 10, form 19, form 10c, form 3a, and 6a for the working period along with a canceled check to submit to the PF office. Include a covering letter and obtain an accepted copy from the PF office for your reference.
Form 5 is to be submitted to the PF office when a new employee joins, while Form 10 is submitted when an employee leaves the company.

Dear Shri Sunil Ji,
For the withdrawal of your PF dues, you have to forward an application to the EPFO through your previous employer. The EPFO will arrange payment directly to your bank account. It will not be routed through your former employer. Please request your former employer to forward it to the EPFO at the earliest and also send a copy of the forwarding letter to you. You may pursue the matter with the EPFO on the strength of this copy after giving them sufficient time, around 45 days or so.
Thanks and regards,

Dear Shri Phani Medavarapu Ji,
An application for PF final withdrawal should be sent through a gazetted officer or a branch manager of a bank if the employer firm is shut down and no longer in existence to process and forward the application to the EPFO. For crediting PF dues, EPFO needs details of the bank accounts of the applicant payee, such as bank account number, name of the bank, branch code, etc. If an unused cheque is attached with the application, EPFO can retrieve these details without any mistakes, making it easier to credit the dues to that account.
Thanks and regards.
