Hi, I am a new entrant to this forum. I am working on my MBA project and facing trouble in writing a questionnaire on wage and salary administration. Could you please help me with this matter?

Dear Jyoti,
I am not sure if your post is sarcastic or not, as you have typed "ha ha ha" at the end.
For the attention of those who have not seen how others are benefitted by taking my advice to "Search First and then Seek Help," I am copying the message from Mary Christy at https://www.citehr.com/301192-my-mba-project.html.
Have a nice day.

Hi friends,
This is Christy M. I am in my project tenure. I would like to narrate to you the story of Christy, the laziest creature who carried out her MBA project. The very first step I took to do my project was to search for a full project report on the web, which led me to citehr.com. Although there were many sample project reports here, I was not able to find one relevant to my topic. Additionally, I saw that Mr. Simhan (nashbramhall) had posted that people shouldn't ask for full projects and questionnaires, but rather just guidelines to do their work. I was actually furious. Why would they create a website that wouldn't provide full project reports? And what was this website for if not for providing reports?
I had no other choice. My first review was nearing, and I had to do something. I downloaded Mr. Simhan's PowerPoints regarding research and formulating questionnaires and read them. You can't just read them and leave; you should really understand them so that you can carry out your research. I received all the necessary guidance from Mr. Simhan through email. I worked on my questionnaire. Guess what? I was lost at sea, but now I know how to carry out my research.
My first review was a wonderful success, and my second review is coming up in a few days. So, rather than browsing and re-browsing and Googling for full projects and ready-made questionnaires, which is an utter waste of time (truth, I tried it a million times), search citehr.com. You have all the details you need for your project here. Frame your objectives and then seek help from the moderators. I know it may sound horrible, but you can never succeed unless you put in the work.
Cheers and good luck,
Christy M.
Do refer to the PowerPoints by Mr. Simhan; they certainly helped me a lot: https://www.citehr.com/150459-research-methodology.html

Dear Hajipasha,
Please avoid SMS language and write in proper English when posting messages in a professional forum. Kindly see the exchange of views at https://www.citehr.com/319453-key-learning.html to realize the futility of posting short messages.
Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to do so and then pose a precise question. Please look at https://www.citehr.com/324807-project-report.html to see how people who make an attempt are helped.
Also, see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at http://citehr.com and my post at <link no longer exists - removed>.
I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search. Also see http://citehr.com where an MBA project is attached as an example.
A post by Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology. Please also see the post by naveeis4u at https://www.citehr.com/179861-employ...ion-level.html to see the type of background information that will be of help in designing questionnaires.
Please access https://www.citehr.com/301192-my-mba-project.html and follow what Mary Christy did. Also, view and digest the message that ahujamamamia posted at citehr https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html. Try to become the marble statue rather than the tile.
Please read the post by Sayansayu at questionnaire or welfare measures - reg.
