You have to get the following approvals subject to the strength of manpower, etc.:
1. NOC/Consent from Pollution Dept.
2. Building Plan approval from Town Planner/local authorities.
3. NOC Fire.
4. Building Plan Approval from Chief Inspector of Factories.
5. Factory Registration/License.
6. ESI Code No.
7. EPF Code No.
8. SSI registration if required.
9. Labour Contractor Registration.
10. Opening Notice under Gratuity Act, etc.
11. Cess payment under BOCW Act if applicable.
All of the above are subject to applicability.
