I want to know the functional areas of an HRO in an industry. What is the role of an HRO?
What are the functional areas of an HRO? What kinds of data does he need to maintain? What registers or files does an HRO have to maintain? Do they require some specific theories to work on? Is it mandatory that one has to be an MBA (HRM) or have a diploma in HRM to work as an HRO?

Hello Mr. Bikash,
HRD is the backbone of the organization.
HRO - Time Management, Leave Update, mail correspondence, Employee data updation, New Joinee's Formalities, Exit interview formalities, Documentation, Full & final.
In my opinion, for professional growth, an MBA/Diploma in HRM is mandatory.
Hope this will help you.
