As the IT industry demands so much time and dedication, causing stress on the employees, and adversely affecting their health, why don't you consider starting stress management classes on Sundays? Additionally, offering activities such as the Art of Living or yoga could be beneficial.
You could also create a "scream room" where employees can express themselves without fear of being questioned for their actions. They can even release their frustration by breaking objects like a glass plate for a small fee. Furthermore, introducing incentives like a trip for two to the nearest resort or assisting employees with their investment plans for tax benefits could be advantageous.
