Hi Altaf,

1) Organize a small gathering at the workplace to wish an employee on their birthday by offering a small bouquet.
2) Give them a greeting card from your company, specially prepared for birthday wishes.
3) If your company has a uniform policy, grant them an exemption to wear casuals on that day.
4) If possible, give a utility gift, preferably with the company's logo.
5) Display birthday wishes on the company's main notice board for other employees' information.
6) Present a sweets packet for their family members.

These are the activities you can consider for your organization based on your budget.
