Hi All,

I am running a sales and customer service training company in Dubai. My newest clients are looking for a Level 1 and a Level 2 for customer service for advanced participants. These participants have been working for a while in their posts (at the airport). I am looking to purchase or pay royalties for a training program that can advance customer service for retail (e.g., airport), which could have multiple levels so that more advanced participants will not have to relearn the basics.

Please let me know if you are willing to sell or receive royalties for quality content. PowerPoint presentations (PPT), training notes, and potential student notes would be expected.
