Hi!

Can anyone help in preparing/writing a report with suggestions/recommendations on general and HR activities observed in a branch office of a finance company? This is required as part of the recruitment and selection exercise of a microfinance company.

The company will organize a day's visit to a particular branch office. Based on interactions with employees and observations from an HR perspective, a report with recommendations is to be submitted.
