Ours is a International Funding Social Service Organisation (NGO) having status as Liaison office registered with RBI. We are having 6 employees. Is Shop act applicable to us? Milind

The Shops & Establishment Act is a State Act; therefore, you should refer to your applicable State Shops Act for your query. The applicability and definition of Shop and establishment may vary from State to State.
