First of all, is person-to-person reporting possible in OM? If yes, we need to configure it for the following scenario.
The scenario is that in an organization, one higher-level position is overseeing two persons, and the lower-level position also has two persons. The issue at hand is as follows: one lower-level person 1 (Mr. Y1) is reporting to higher-level person 1 (Mr. X1), and another lower-level person 2 (Mr. Y2) is reporting to higher-level person 2 (Mr. X2).
Can anyone suggest where exactly we should make changes to correct the above scenario? If possible, please recommend which report we can use to view the reporting structure of person to person.
