1) Payment of Gratuity Act
2) Maternity Benefit Act
3) U.P. Shops and Establishments Act
4) Employees' Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act.

Hey, I think that the attachment can be of some use to you. This assignment I did during my MBA days is somewhat related to what you want. To add up, acts like the Maternity Benefit Act, PF Act, and Gratuity Act are also applicable in the IT industry. Additionally, everything related to recruitment is also required to be informed to the Employment Exchange legally, but this is not followed by many of them.
