My company has assigned me a project on "ESS" (Employee Suggestion Scheme). I am working in a manufacturing unit with 2000 employees. My target is to get one suggestion from one employee every month. Now, please tell me what I should do to achieve this target.

First, bifurcate the departments and identify common resources used by all departments (such as food, water, snacks, and other consumables). Next, determine common issues faced by all departments (e.g., restroom facilities, air conditioning, fans, and female restrooms). Additionally, pinpoint common improvements that can be implemented across departments, including infrastructure, telephone services, email systems, transportation, gifts, security measures, hospital facilities, fire safety protocols, rewards and awards programs, training and development suggestions, library access, and birthday celebrations.
Consider organizing regular general gatherings on a weekly basis, where departments come together to promote awareness of our individual responsibilities to the organization and our social obligations.
