I have to relocate to Pune from Delhi for my new job. Please suggest how much expenditure I should expect on basic amenities like house rent (1BHK), food, and transport. Should I stay near my office or far if transport is that convenient? A range in terms of rupees will be awesome, which I have to spend for these amenities.
Looking for your fast reply as I have to make a decision as soon as possible. Depending on these expenses, I have to ask for relocation expenses from the company. How much can I expect from my company? Please suggest on this also.

Thanks for the reply. The office is in Hinjewadi, Phase 1, and I think living in close proximity to this place will cut down on transportation time. Please tell me if I live farther from this place, will there be any trade-off in terms of transportation and house rent.

Wakad is the nearest place (5-6km), where you will find 1 BHK flats at a reasonable price (on rent). However, Aundh and Baner are developed areas (10-12km) with malls, shops, etc., but they are costlier than Wakad. It would be advisable to approach an agent to show you many openings. Hinjewadi is an IT park and currently has no residential complex.
