Housing policies vary from company to company and are not always in line with the current market trend. This is, of course, one of the biggest challenges we are facing at the moment in retaining the existing "cream" among the employees and also in sourcing new talented and experienced employees.
As a reference, I am attaching some market reports that were published by the real estate market research firm ASTECO for both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, which may be of some help to you in framing the housing policy.
