Dear All,

Kindly guide me in drafting an appointment letter for various positions across different levels in both corporate and school settings. What are the key differentiating points to consider for appointment letters across different levels? Additionally, if anyone could assist me with a list of laws that are applicable to an educational institute, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Rachna Agarwal

Subject: PF Matters Inquiry

Maximum limit of PF: If the basic salary is Rs. 6,600/- per month, is PF applicable?

If workers request not to deduct PF from their wages, will the PF office allow us to do so?

Please provide the details.
