Hi Subhashree,
Thank you for the excellent presentation on attitude. It reminds me of one crucial aspect that HR professionals often overlook during the hiring process: assessing the candidate's attitude during the HR interview. A person with a positive attitude and moderate technical knowledge will undoubtedly outperform someone with a negative attitude and advanced technical skills. Knowledge can be taught and enhanced, but changing a person's attitude is significantly more challenging.
Thanks,

Jai Bakshi,
I understand your concern. It would have been better if you had mentioned just the name, not brought in the "PLACE" because here she is trying to change the attitude of a person. For that, you would not require to know which place, religion, or creed the person comes from or belongs to! Change the attitude... that's the message!

Hi Subhashree,
Many thanks for the PowerPoint presentation. Your helpful nature is itself a very good attitude. When I use your presentation, I will certainly mention your example of sharing it with others. Is there any other example needed apart from your good, healthy attitude? May God bless in all ways.
